Animal Hospital Roblox New Update — What Changed
The current Animal Hospital Roblox new update is the New Content + X2 COINS, released Sep 19-21, 2026. It opened a brand-new second floor of the hospital with SEWERS and unexplored rooms, added the Laboratory where you brew potion vials with the DNA Sampler, shipped a board that displays every stackable effect, and handed out four new event skins plus new achievements. All of that content stays in the game after the event window closes.

- Liz's House is a new location. After Shift ~21, complete Liz's UV-photo quests (Mike Spiders, Sophie Paws, Rusty Yamada), then she invites you to her home — travel there after your shift to find notes on missing people and Ratthew's vanished girlfriend.
