Console support: Controller inputs were added in the Class Update Pt.2(June 2026), letting Xbox and PlayStation players run shifts with a controller. Bindings below follow Roblox's default controller layout and can be customized in the Roblox settings menu.

The Bindings That Actually Decide Shifts
Most of the lists above are muscle memory you will build without ever thinking about them. A handful of bindings are different: they map directly onto the skills that separate a clean shift from a failed one, and they are worth drilling on purpose rather than absorbing by accident.
- C — the whole third verification layer on one key. Players who fumble this under pressure do not fail the camera check, they quietly stop running it altogether, and camera-only tells then walk past unchallenged.
- Scroll Wheel — two jobs at once: cycling camera feeds and zooming the third-person camera. Because it covers both the CCTV scan and corridor blind spots, it is the highest-value control to internalise properly.
- 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 — item switching under time pressure. During a fire or a ritual you have seconds, and hunting through the inventory instead of tapping a slot is how those seconds disappear.
- E (at the window) — the shutters. The one-tell rule is only fast if the reject action is instant. A rule you have to think about executing is not really a rule.
- Left Ctrl — crouch, which is defensive rather than cosmetic. Low cover is how you break line of sight, and it is the one movement key with a survival use.
Everything else on this page is convenience. These five are load-bearing, and the pattern is the same in each case: the binding is fast enough that using it costs nothing, which is what makes the underlying habit sustainable across a busy shift.
