What Is the Camera Figure?
A shadow that lives in the static.
The Camera Figure is a shadowy humanoid figure visible only on security camera feeds, most often appearing in the static of a broken camera. It does not show up in the physical room, which is what makes it so easy to miss.
How to Deal With It
You cannot shoot what is only on a screen.
- Repair the broken camera it is appearing on to clear the feed.
- Avoid the area the camera monitors until the figure passes.
- Weapons do nothing — it is not physically present in the room.

Reading the Right Camera Sign
Several anomalies only exist on the feed — but they are not the same problem.
Camera checks catch more than one kind of anomaly, and the Camera Figure is the only one of them that cannot be resolved by closing the shutters. Telling these apart matters, because they look like a similar kind of "something is wrong on screen".
