Animal Anomaly has confirmed that new skins ship with the September 19–21 X2 Coins + New Content window, but no designs, characters or prices have been announced. This list only ever contains skins that have actually been released, so nothing speculative appears above — the new items will be added here once they are live in-game.
Event details →What Are Class Skins?
Class skins are cosmetic outfits for your playable class in Animal Hospital (Anomaly). They were introduced in the Class Update Pt.2 (June 2026) with a new Skins tab in the Class Shop. Skins are purely cosmetic — they never change class perks, stats, or gameplay.
Every class has its own skin lineup, and a few skins are limited-time exclusives that may disappear after their event window closes. For class perks and costs, see our Classes Guide.

Even More Lore! Update — 6 New Class Skins
New skins for the Doctor, Surgeon, Paramedic, Head Nurse, Security, and Secret Agent classes arrive alongside Liz's House, wheelchair transport, and the third-person camera.

What are class skins in Animal Hospital?
Class skins are cosmetic outfits for your playable class. They change how your character looks during shifts but do not affect stats, abilities, or gameplay in any way. Skins are equipped from the Skins tab in the Class Shop.
How do I get skins in Animal Hospital?
Open the Class Shop from the lobby and switch to the Skins tab. Skins are unlocked per class — buy or equip them there. Some skins were added in specific updates (Aug 8 and Aug 22, 2026), and a few are limited-time exclusives.
Are there limited-time skins in Animal Hospital?
Yes. Two limited-time exclusive skins are currently tracked: Banana Intern (Intern class) and Agent Blueberry (Secret Agent class). Limited skins may not return after their event window closes, so grab them while they are available.
Which new skins were added in the August 22 update?
The Aug 22 'Even More Lore!' update added new skins for six classes — Doctor, Surgeon, Paramedic, Head Nurse, Security, and Secret Agent — alongside Liz's House and quality-of-life features.
Do skins affect gameplay in Animal Hospital?
No. Skins are purely cosmetic — they never change your class perks, inventory capacity, sanity effects, or any gameplay mechanic.
Can console players use class skins?
Yes. Skins were introduced in the Class Update Pt.2 (June 2026), the same update that added controller support, so console players can browse and equip skins from the Class Shop too.
