How do I spot an anomaly at the front desk?

Use the three-layer check system: Visual (check their appearance), Photo (compare to their photo), and CCTV (check the camera feed). Any inconsistency means it is an anomaly.

What happens if I let an anomaly through?

The anomaly will attack patients or staff, drain sanity, and create chaos. You will need to neutralize it with weapons or specific items depending on the type.

Can I kill an anomaly?

Only Skinwalkers can be killed (with Gun or Taser). Other anomalies must be dealt with using specific counters like feeding Maple Syrup to the Bed Monster or closing doors on the Mass of Eyes.
