Step 1 — Visual Check at the Window
Fastest layer, run first
Watch the patient through the reception glass. Look for three eyes, hollow sockets, human teeth, a wide frozen grin, or twitching.
This is the quickest pass and catches the tells visible to the naked eye. A clean window view is only the first green light, not the whole verdict.
Step 2 — Photo Comparison
The tie-breaker layer
Compare the printed polaroid to the patient. Different eyes, different ears, or a static/corrupted image means the photo wins and you reject.
Photo-only tells never appear at the window, so this step is mandatory even after a clean visual pass.
Step 3 — CCTV Scan
Slowest layer, catches camera-only tells
Open the cameras and watch the waiting room and hallways. Look for censored eyes, staring at the camera, or an unnatural body.
These tells exist only on the feed, which is exactly why the scan must not be skipped.
