Animal Hospital Multiplayer

Animal Hospital supports up to 4 players in co-op. Here is how to team up and divide responsibilities.

How to Play Co-op

  1. Open the game and select "Play" from the main menu.
  2. Choose "Private Server" or join a public server and invite friends through Roblox's friend system.
  3. Invite friends using Roblox's party/join feature. Up to 4 players can work together.
  4. Select classes in the lobby before the shift starts. Coordinate your picks for best synergy.
  5. Use voice chat or text chat (/ to chat) to communicate during shifts.

Best Team Compositions

2-Player (Duo)

  • Player 1: Surgeon (healing + sanity)
  • Player 2: Security (defense + cameras)

3-Player

  • Player 1: Surgeon (healing)
  • Player 2: Security (defense)
  • Player 3: Head Nurse (supplies)

4-Player (Full Team)

  • Player 1: Surgeon (primary healer)
  • Player 2: Security (cameras + taser)
  • Player 3: Secret Agent (combat + scanner)
  • Player 4: Head Nurse (supply runner)

Budget (F2P)

  • Player 1: Surgeon (2,500 AC)
  • Player 2: Security (1,250 AC)
  • Player 3: Nurse (10 AC)
  • Player 4: Nurse (10 AC)

Role Division

  • Front Desk (1 player): Handles check-in, photo, CCTV. Calls out anomalies to the team.
  • Supply Runner (1 player): Collects key cards, loots lockers, buys from vending machines.
  • Healer (1 player): Treats patients, manages medkits, keeps everyone alive.
  • Security (1 player): Monitors cameras, patrols hallways, handles threats.
